Heavy Metallers Unitra Release “Lock Up Your Daughters”!

Hailing from UK, heavy metallers Unitra have released their debut album “Lock Up Your Daughters” on May 19th.

UNITRA was created in 2016 in the town of Kettering, England. With Max Speed on the bass, Ben Cross on the guitar and land Marty Jupiter on the drums the band has experienced growing popularity over the last 2 years. Since the begging, we’ve released 2 music videos.

In 2017 we were chosen by Simon Hall in the finals of metal 2 the masses to play at UK’S biggest metal festival – Bloodstock Festival at their Jaegermeister stage. Going to a UNITRA gig is like stepping through a time machine back to 1986.

We put on light shows and use fog machines to replicate the looks of those times. The clothing and the equipment is all true to the metal era of the 1980s. We are to heavy metal what Ron Jeremy was to porn industry decades ago.

The cover was done by famous in the 80s polish artist Jerzy Kurczak who provides cover arts for the biggest of Polish heavy metal bands.

The album was recorded in the fall of 2017 with a producer Andy Nichol at his own studio Pistachio Palace.
The album is full of catchy choruses, memorable riffs, and melodical guitar solos.

Some refer to it as a missing Metallica album from 1983. It’s gaining positive reviews over the Internet and already sold over 200 copies across the world including Japan and USA.
