IRON MAIDEN & BLACK SABBATH Announced As DOWNLOAD Headliners For 2016!

Download_ironmaidenDownload 2016 takes place at Donington Park across the weekend of June 10th to the 12th, and two of the three headline acts have been announced.

Iron Maiden are set to bring The Book Of Souls World Tour to Donington on Sunday 12th June, headlining Castle Donington for the sixth time.

Bruce Dickinson will fly the band, their crew and their entire stage production to Donington on their Ed Force One 747-400 Jumbo Jet.

TWISTED SISTER Announce For BLOODSTOCK For Only UK Show On Farewell Tour!

BloodstockThis will be the only UK show on the band’s ‘Farewell 1976 – 2016’ tour, so your last chance to catch the band live in the UK, as they are set to call it a day after the untimely passing of their drummer AJ Pero earlier this year.

Magnus Rosén Joins SHADOWSIDE!

3824a6b1-8572-4a1f-9eb2-e97ceb5f506dBrazilian female-fronted metallers SHADOWSIDE have announced the addition of Swedish bassist Magnus Rosén (ex-HAMMERFALL) to the group’s ranks.

SHADOWSIDE, was formed by singer Dani Nolden, Raphael Mattos on guitars and Fabio Buitvidas on drums and now with Magnus Rosén (ex-HAMMERFALL) on bass. Magnus was part of Hammerfall from 1997 to 2007, did several world tours and recorded several albums, being awarded golden records and a Grammy nomination with Hammerfall.

He also recorded albums with Jorn Lande, Tony Martin (ex-Black Sabbath) and has just released his 10th solo album titled “The World Changes” with musicians who played with Hammerfall, Black Sabbath, ABBA, Yngwie Malmsteen and others.
